Flying Fish: Forest Guardian Once-ler

Based off of this pic on the ask-onceler-eternal blog.  I found my muse (it was hiding)  and I wrote a story!  Yeah!  Hope you all like it~

Once-ler loved all the season in the valley, even after all the years he had spent there. He liked winter, when he didn’t have to work as much and he got to sleep most of the day away.  Fall was great too, spending the last of his energy before resting for a season.  Spring was one of his favorites; yes he had to work, but all the energy from the forest was just overflowing in him, giving him all the energy needed to do his job and goof off with the animals as well.  Summer was his favorite thought, there was the job yes, but it took the same amount of time as it did in the spring.  That left plenty of time to play with the animals, jam on his guitar, and of course go swimming.

Eeee, oh gosh, THANK YOU~!

This was adorable. I really like the Once-Ler just…not even realizing he’s using his powers. The idea of him stumbling upon his abilities and then COMPLETELY MESSING UP with them entertains me!

I especially love that panel where Wheatley is craning his neck back over the chair. I always thought he’d have this habit of craning his neck at unnatural angles because a lot of the time he forgets he isn’t just a mobile head that can look in any direction and angle it wants, and that he is attached to a body via this weird restrictive stalk of a neck. And that panel looks exactly like that’s what he’s doing and baah I’m rambling THIS IS LOVELY

and I love the Wednesday panel where his face is sleep-nomming the table and Wheatley’s Theory of Evil Dandelion Aliens and DAT GRIN on page 8 and and and

Once in a while Castiel will drop in on Aziraphale or vise versa.

Aziraphale usually manages to keep him out of trouble, make sure he does the right thing, but he just hasn’t had the opportunity in years and Cas hasn’t come by for advice so he just sort of assumed everything is fine.

Crowley will also occasionally pop over to America and see that Other Bastard Who Stole His Name (who he refuses to actually call by is name) and they’ll get drunk and, occasionally, actually fight.
